Review content:
This was my 4th visit to Dolce Salons for a haircut. I was given a new stylist with an ""expert"" rating. I asked her to trim my hair about an inch. She faced me away from the mirror and when I turned around, my past my shoulder length hair was now an inch below my ears. My left side was a full inch shorter than my right side and you could see on the back of my head where it started to get longer in a slant. I refused to pay for the cut. Dolce said to pay for it now and the next one would be complimentary. I refused and they told me to find another salon go to. I never spoke to a manager and when I called back a few days later and asked to set up an appointment so a manager could see my hair, I was told that they didn't want to see my hair and again I was told me to go to another salon. Saturday I went to another salon and it took the stylist a full hour to fix my hair. It now looks great! What ever happened to customer service? Dolce didn't want to fix my hair they just wanted my money! Beware of Dolce. You could be next. Pros: by the mall Cons: overpriced talent and non caring management
