I called to make an appointment and you won't believe what the receptionist asked for.... a credit card. When I asked why- she said that they ask for it in case you cancel without a 24 hour notice. They will charge your credit card 100%!!! Can you believe this!!! I've been to some high scale salons from Beverly Hills to Scottsdale and never have I been asked for my credit card for their database. I then asked her what if the stylist doesn't come in do they give us our money back(100%)....Well she was speechless...and said no. This place will not get my money and I just want to warn everyone who goes to their Chandler store - don't even think of not giving a 24 hr. notice if something comes up at the last minute (emergency) because you will be charged!!!!!
Cons: Want credit card on file in case they need to charge you for a no show
