Before arriving to my appointment, I thought it was nice they called and left me reminders as time got closer. HOWEVER, when I finally went to my appointment excited they were not as nice as I thought they would be. It took a couple of minutes for someone to acknowledge me. The atmosphere was stale and not too friendly, like I will in LA or something. I got my hair and make-up done for a special occasion. The girl that did my make-up was LEARNING TO DO MAKEUP, young, and made me feel uncomfortable. I understand you have to start somewhere but not on someone who is paying big money. That, I was not happy but I tried to give her a chance. For her sake, I will keep her nameless. The makeup wasn’t too bad but come to found out she made my foundation two shades darker than my skin tone! I am fair skinned, she made me tan! Where did she learn this in cosmetology?! The lady who did my hair was nice but it was over priced for the little time she worked on me. My suggestion if they even care is to work on your customer service and get more professionals. The “level system” is pretty ridiculous. I guess for a better outcome/visit I have to be stuck up and snooty to fit in. No thanks I will take my business else where. Pros: real nice place Cons: bad service
