I come to visit my folks twice a year. While Im here I get pampered to the salon of my choice. I choose Dolce Salon&Spa EVERY TIME ( about 5 time now). The first few times were alright, I walk out of the salon with a way overpriced ticket and not much to be excited about. The last few times have been horrible to the point I take my buisness to another salon and pay their prices for the same services. The first few times I shruged it off as maybe I was not clear with what exactally I wanted; however this time I took a picture. I wanted a longer bob with platinum colored heavy highlights and walk out a dark brunette and very layered very thined out bob. Nothing like what I wanted. I even specifically asked for a very experienced girl knowing I would pay very high prices but would be worth it in the long run.. I was very very wrong. I would not suggest this salon to anyone. After suggesting to the girl I wanted more highlights they offered for me to return to the same girl (on a different day -as she was over booked to begin with) and to pay half the price for the service. I declined - and again I will rebook with another salon.
Pros: Nice looking salon
Cons: Over priced, They dont listen to what you really want.
