I haven't been to Dolce in a long time and just went there this weekend. I had a horrible experience. The hairdresser totally messed up my hair. I got a cut and highlights. The highlights are awful and I have never had my hair this messed up. I asked for a refund to take my business back to another salon in Scottsdale that I love to hopefully get it fixed and they said they do not do this. Now I have to go back and see if I can get it fixed which I am really nervous about. I asked how long the colorist (that I am going to try to have fix my hair) has been doing color etc. and the girl on the phone could not give me that information. I just spent $200 and had two gift cards from friends and 2 complementary gift cards from Dolce. The fine print states they can only take 1 complementary gift card at a time. Well when I got back home I realized they didn't take ANY of the complementary gift cards. So now I have a hairdo I hate and gift cards that I want to put in the shredder. Dolce has been better in the past. I am disgusted with their refund policy and them. I hate to tell them, but bad word of mouth gets you nowhere quick....
