I had a similar experience to the other reviewer. Mine has gone on for nearly 2 years now. Doesn't show up, doesn't return calls. Big Rip-Off artist! Small Claims Court is the only recourse. I must have called Phil 40-50 or more times. Only wish I had thought to check the business records on this guy. They apparently have a file several inches thick. Also goes by Blind Factory USA.
Pros: NONE!
Cons: Dishonest, does not return calls, does not show up for appointments, does not deliver product.
