Worst Management Company in New York Period
The whole ordeal with this derelict management company has been a nightmare from the start. I wanted to rent one of their apartments and I was more then qualified to rent it. I have an annual income in excess of $100,000 and a credit score that God himself would be jealous of. Despite this they asked for more damn paperwork then Homeland Security. They have it stuck in their little pathetic brains that everyone is out to get them and screw them over. When in reality they are beyond incompetent. The brokers that were working with them did everything right and they found every freaking excuse in the book to turn me down.
The biggest issue with these low life people is that they keep flip flopping on their rental prices. One day it’s the price that we had agreed on and the very next day it could be a $100 more per month. You would think that these bastards would want people to rent out their apartments but instead they would rather sit on them with a damn thumb up their tight backsides and lose money every day.
Must be nice not wanting to give a shit about their property.
If anyone out there comes in contact with these scum bags, please for the love of god, run for the hills and don’t look back. You’re better off renting an apartment from some guy off the street. At least that way you know that you won’t get as screwed as these people screwed me. I will definitely be making a complaint to the city as well as the better business bureau in hopes of having their real estate and business licenses revoked.
The worst of them all is this guy named Yoel who probably never even got his GED. He likes to sit there like he owns all of Brooklyn and has the biggest retarded smug look on his fat ugly face. I can’t imagine how an uneducated loser like this could be in charge of anything. I wouldn’t trust this guy to run a hot dog stand let alone a “management” company of any kind.
The only thing these retards from another dimension should rent out is the empty space located in their tiny little heads.
