Bought a king-size Tempurpedic mattress at Bedmart about 2+ years ago. I just didn't like it, and after trying it for 2 months, Ed Tourville, the manager of the store, took it back -- no questions asked -- and replaced it with a comparably priced dual-control inflatable bed by Boyd. That one was fine for a long time, but recently the ""air bladder"" started to malfunction and it needs to be adjusted too often and is just not right. I figured after two years I was out of luck -- especially since they don't even carry that brand any more -- but thought maybe if I went back they'd give a break on a new mattress. Instead they offered to reach the manufacturer and get me two new air bladders and a pump for the thing, all shipped direct to me from the factory for no charge. He said it would be easy to install myself, but if I preferred, someone from his shop would come out and do it for 50 bucks -- which seems more than fair. So -- we'll see when the replacement parts arrive. But what impresses me is Ed's attitude of ""We'll make it right"" instead of trying to sell me something new -- especially in this economy. I recommend this store highly and will use them any time I need to buy a new mattress. Pros: Great customer service. Cons: Had problems with a mattress -- but they sure have made good on it!
