Stay as far away from phil long ford both dealerships in colorado springs from the sales person, the finance guy especially the management in all! Departments including service. I have been lied to ripped off betrayed and the fraud there is unbelievable. They don't let you talk to the owner or to Jim White but to a pr person who is totally clueless the details would astound u what happened to me. I'm. 55 yrs old I thought I was an aware person I am still in shock by their ripoff techniques I am thinking of getting some therapy to be more prepared in the world for these kind od situations. Pls people if you must go there watch everything they do with your deposit they fooled me. I feel like a fool. They will rip you off in every way they can just stay away
