This is a response for the review left by Cupycake on 4/19/2010. There are two sides to every story.\r

I do not fabricate the ""positive reviews"".\r

I am not rude.\r

I do not watch T.V. in front of the customers.\r
\r
I do not have a T.V. in the store.\r
\r
I do not have a cable or a satellite provider.\r
\r
I do not toss a box of cake samples at customers.\r
\r
Cake samples do not come in boxes.\r
\r
I use brown and white lunch bags for cake samples.\r

I have a cleaning lady who comes and clean the store once a week.\r
\r
The store was remodeled 5 years ago.\r
\r
the cakes were replaced 5 years ago.\r

A Google Rep was in my store a month ago, took several photos of the interior and exterior of the store, when it's published i will place it on this website.\r

I agree with you the store was opened in 1981.\r

I agree with you there are plenty of bakeries in the valley. there is one in every corner, just to let you know there are 3 bakeries across the street from this store.\r

Citysearch asks business owners to encourage their customers to write reviews, so for the next two to three weeks i will ask one customer per day to leave a postive review on this website. \r

I am shocked and in disbelief regarding these serious false accusations made by this reviewer. \r

After having submitted the facts to citysearch, regarding this slanderous and false posting, they refused to remove ""we don't make factual determinations"", however if you pay us $200 we will remove all the bad reviews. This is clearly called EXTORSION\r
Pros: CUPYCAKE stay away from this store
