Review content:
Food Network-worthy designs keep us coming back to Hansen's Cakes year after year. The service is very good. If I ever have to be put on hold they are very sweet about coming back to me as soon as possible, and even sometimes take my number and call me back right away. I have always had the cakes arrive as ordered, but sometimes the artists do take my order to the next level of creativity for an even more spectacular result than I anticipate. This is something that I rely on: excellent cakes from Hansen's. I understand that they now offer a gluten -free cake for sensitive people and I am so happy about that, as one of my co-workers has never been able to eat a Hansen's Cake before and now I get to share my joy with her. It does cost a bit more for this option, but whatever....it is still cheaper than most of the art cakes out there and when I order from Hansens I have the peace of mind of knowing that I will always get the best that there is to be had.\r
Pros: five star service and results always.
