My husband and I rented a property from this company and what a nightmare. We moved into the property we are renting December 2, 2011. After we moved in my husband found out that he works with the previous tenant and he told my husband about the abuse they endured while living in the same property from this man. They moved in June, 2011 and were told to move out November, 2011. He gave them NO reason for evicting them. Well Friday (2/10/2012) he comes to our house to do a walk through and informs us that if we just leave he will not evict us. We have paid our rent on time, he told us on Friday that the property was being taken care of and looked good, but he wants us out. The last tenants are taking him to court due to his tactics and they know that the two previous tenants were also told to leave the premises for NO reason other than this man plays games with tenants and their families. This man is a bully in a suit that stands behind, ""Nevada Revised Statutes"". He can quote them right and left but he doesn't do anything that he is suppose to do. I would warn anyone looking into renting from Mr. Haskins or Lisa Marie Wand that they run far and fast... Please take heed to this warning. This is not written out of retaliation, there are plenty of places to live in this town, I just don't want to see anyone have to go through what we and the previous tenants have gone through.
