Review content:
Tavern on First is one of those bars where you always feel welcome. The patio out back is a huge plus, especially with NYC smoking bans, and for non-smokers who like the outdoor option. It's also a great place to watch sporting events, as it has ample tv's and one in the patio area too! The crowd is cool, not pretentious, etc. and always fun. Most definitely a spot to check out!
