I have been pleasantly surprised time and again by how responsive Mr. Rabe and his crew have been to our needs over the years we have been customers. We live in an old farmhouse that from time to time needs a good 'clear out' of accumulated junk. (Amazing how much stuff builds up over the years, isn't it?) They bring in one of their dumpsters and let us fill it at our own pace. Their weekly service is great too. If they have trouble and are running late, they always manage to make their pick up before the day is over. Very willing to answer questions about what is acceptable to be put out for pick up. Coupons available each year in the New Year's letter are a great help, too.
Pros: Always make their pick up dates.
Cons: Sometimes leaves some items at the roadside that I would have expected would be OK for pick up.
