This last year(2011) I began shopping for a new exterminator company for my manufacturing facility which is in close proximity to open fields and other industrial properties. Our main problem was rats and mice. However, as you can imagine rodents were not our only problem. Prior to switching to the Termite Guy, we used Dewey Pest Control who would just do enough to keep getting paid but never really tried to get to the root of the problem. So I got feed up and called the termite guy. Not only did they reduce my cost by approximately $10.00 per month, they just had a better preventative maintenance plan to ensure that our pest problem would be solved. Once the work was stated we noticed the difference almost immediately, they use everything from bate traps to safe sprays. Now after three months of working with the Termite Guy we have caught 5 rats, countless bugs and there are no more fly's buzzing around the office. I get the pleasure of speaking to and working with the same technician every month. Our technician is clean, thorough, friendly and respectful. Good service companies are few and hard to find. The Termite Guy promises what he can and then exceeds your expectations.
