Review content:
I called at 9am this morning about my fridge and freezer not cooling. I was told that I had a 4:30 appointment but that they would try and get me in earlier. The secretary said that they would give a courtesy call 15mins before their arrival. At 4:15 I started to get a little worried. By 4:40 I called the office but it said they closed at 4pm!! Why would they schedule me at 4:30 and not give me any contact # or contact person!!! It is now 5:15 and have not heard a darn thing. Needless to say, I don't recommend them. And I could've called someone else to look at it today, but now I have to go get ice, put it in the ice chest and ice everything down.
