Businiess name:  Woody's Famous Philadelphia

Review content:
We were at Woody's today for lunch and had an unfortunate experience. We are regular customers and love the philly cheese steaks. When placing our order (with one of the men that is always there, maybe the owner) we needed to change the cheese on one of the sandwiches and the man got very upset. Understand this wasn't a change after we received the food this was while he was writing the order down. He proceeds to tell us how he can't stand customers, he doesn't like people and he doesn't like taking orders. When I looked shocked that he said that, he continues with ""don't look at me like that"". He went on to confirm with my husband that he wants provolone cheese and my husband said ""that is fine"". He said ""I need a yes or no answer from you, not that is fine."" What is unfortunate is that we will never eat at Woody's again. I refuse to eat at a place that would allow someone to be so disrespectful to customers. You hate customers - bottom line, you shouldn't be in business!!! Pros: Food Cons: Service
