I hired Cross State Moving and Storage to move my parents from Maryland to Utah. The team showed up on time and were courteous and well mannered. They packed up all of my parents belongings efficiently and much faster than expected. They had a problem getting my parents huge sofa down the stairs but succeeded in the end without damaging anything. It did take a while for the items to arrive in Utah but we were warned this at time of booking as 'Utah is far away and fewer people move to there'. We were given a binding price over the phone and just had to pay a bit extra as we added a few more items to the list. Overall myself and my parents were very happy with the service received and would highly recommend Cross State Moving and storage.
