Review content:
I had been working at a small non-profit organization (religious organization) and was laid-off. While that was on the up and up, they had me train my replacement (a new hire) and being the only person in the office that wasn't of the predominant culture and religion - I thought it could be discrimination.\r \r Mr. Greenberg was great. He was quick to investigate the issue and my old employers were a little surprised, but chose to settle out of court. I can't talk about the settlement, but the work that David and his staff did was incredible.\r \r They moved quickly, I had a consult with him before my final day at work, so I emailed him a few documents and that really made the difference when we went into to negotiate the settlement.\r \r Very skilled, very well-honed attorney and he kept me in the loop every step of the way. He helped me negotiate in the settlement a few clauses of my own, to help protect me from any backlash when I moved on to find another position in my field.
