Review content:
The first time we visited this shop, we had a dog with ear mites. Not only did the manager on duty recommend the best product (not most expensive, but the best working) for our dog, she also gave us great and helpful ideas on how to treat his ears so that he would stay still during the process. A couple of months later, we bought my son's pet rats for him. Since we were first time owners, the staff gave us great advice (and continues to do so) on what we needed, how to care for them, how to treat them, etc.
It was also very apparent, that all of their animals are very well cared for and loved very much by the staff. Despite the fact that we had purchased slightly older rats, it was very obvious they had been handled regularly as both girls were friendly and loving from the start. Are they the least expensive store around? No. But because they are smaller than the chain stores, the animals are healthy, well cared for and the entire staff is knowledgeable about the animals and the products they carry. We will not shop anywhere else.
