I will never recommend this condo to anybody especially to my friends.Number one reason is the new property manager is a bully,rude,nasty,racist,liar and disrespecful! If I can sell my condo right now I will do it! I've been here almost seven years, before I really like this place,quiet and peaceful,neighbors are nice and I never heard any complaints against the former property manager.And then now under new management by Myers real state,and I heard also from my neighbors a bad experienced like mine,they said he's not easy to deal with (property manager) that he never listened,never return your calls and he was nasty and he is a liar too! So I'm not the only one who has a complaints about this property manager.I have 2 friends and one relative that relocating here in Ohio wants to buy a condo here but I cannot recommend this place to them because I don't want them to have a problem like mine, because of this rude property manager,and as long as he still the property manager here I will never never never recommend this place to anybody,he is not a good asset to the business,they gonna lose a lot of customers or buyers if he continue to work here,not only that the school district is terrible,and also a bad neighborhood.It's a nightmare to deal with this person!I've been insulted by him,he laughed at me becaused of my accent,he hung up the phone on me,I just told him that he never return a phone calls and my neighbors told me the same thing and his response was that I am a liar,that's is only a few complaint about him! Buyer beware and! Don't buy here!
