Review content:
The technician came out and thought he fixed my washer machine. He said it was fixed. He left and I tried to run a load through and the same problem happened again. I called the company and told them they didn't fix it. Chambers said they'd send out a technician again the next day. I got under the washing machine and figured out the problem my self. I called Chambers to order the replacement part myself and requested a refund of the $97 they charged me in labor to NOT FIX MY WASHER. Company owner said that they ""stand by their work"" and would not refund the labor charge. Standing by your work means that you stand by your work and don't charge a customer when you don't fix something. \r
Do not do business with this company, they don't stand behind their work.
