My dishwasher was still under warranty. It would cycle fine but then fill with water again and leak. I showed the repairman that it would still pump the water out. He asked me to trip the breaker so her could work on it. He informed me that it was a leaking and they would have to order one. He said I could still use the washer until the valve arrived. He left and I loaded the washer. I turned the power on and NOTHING. I would not even come on. I called them and they sent him back. He asked if I had the right breaker on. Then said there was no power to the unit and what he did to it had no effect on that. He looked at again then said they would call when the valve came in then he left. Talked to someone back in the office and they said the earliest they could send another tech out was in TWO days. NEVER AGAIN.
