Whether a landlord or tenant you should definitely think twice about entering into a contract with this outfit. They don't keep in proper contact with the owner of the property and cause possible legal harm to owners by their neglect of resolving issues. They have been criticized by real estate professionals for their lack of internal communication causing both owner and tenant stress, financial harm, and possible litigation. You are far better off renting the property out for yourself and taking your chances ... otherwise you are guaranteed loss of profit or potential lawsuit. If you are a tenant looking for property to rent you are far better paying a little more and renting from an individual who has a vested interest in making sure the property is cared for.\r
