Review content:
This company is shady. The manager, Bob Kinneary, offered me a specific price with a discount yesterday because I was looking at doing two different moves with the company. Today he reneged on the offer. He said that I had ""misunderstood."" I read back my detailed notes of the conversation. He then said that fine, I hadn't misunderstood, but that he wouldn't honor the deal. I pressed as to why not since he made the offer. He got frustrated and said that he ""SOMETIMES LIES"" to customers to tell them favorable pricing and can't be held to all of the details and offers that he gives. I asked him how I was supposed to now trust the new price he was quoting if the price he quoted from yesterday was no longer good. He told me basically that he had other people to do deal with and not to use his company.
