Review content:
I was surprised to see good reviews for B Roman, then I saw they are all several years old. I recieved a gift cert. from my husband and had a ped/man. The woman who did it was not nice, gossiped and complained about her back hurting. She also gave me a manicure that she cut out steps that were supposed to be done ( I later read what I was supposed to have in their brochure). I was asked about buying thier skin products and, when I had my brows waxed, I was told not to ""tweeze inbetween"" appts. Anyone knows that tweezing is the best way to maintain a waxing without having to come back every week or two. I called and complained and was given several excuses by the owner ( the woman and I must have had a personality clash) etc. I do believe I am the customer, and if I am unhappy they should try to make it better. I wasn't trying to be unreasonable, I was just not happy at all. My husband called after I did to complain, and was finally able to get our money back. I wouldn't recommend this salon. Pros: was able to get money back after 2 phone calls Cons: staff unproffesional, very high priced
