Review content:
We gave this place a try again last night thinking something might have changed in 3 the years since we have last been. Well, it hasn't. We had a rude server who acted as if we should be honored to be seated at his table, the steaks we ordered were bland and tasteless oh, and the empty light socket at the table with no lampshade that my 3 yr old tried to stick her fork in really topped things off. We gave the place another shot only because our first two choices in restaurants both had one hour waits. Normally we would have waited but it was a little late and we were really hungry. I called Bugaboo Creek to inquire about the wait and there wasn't one. Obviously that should have been a warning ( and in the back of my mind it was) that the place wasn't up to par. The management did very little to make things right and the table directly on the other side of us had another manager apologizing to them because obviously they had a problem. Anyway, long story short, we will pass up Bugaboo Creek and wait the one hour to get a decent meal at the nearby resturaunts to this location.
Pros: There is not a long wait on a Saturday night.
Cons: The food, the service and the whole vibe in the place is bad.
