Review content:
Heidi's Bridal has been taken under a new owner as of around the middle of 2010, they even moved a couple of buildings down on the same street. My first experience was when I first got engaged in may I went in and was blatantly ignored, But I did get the woman working there, who was later fired, to tell me they had big plans once they moved in a couple months, and to definitely come back then. So I eagerly waited for the new store to open up, and once it did I went in and talked to the new owner, her condecending attitude and all, and her teenage daughter. They were still in the processing of moving in but had plently of dresses out, they had me look through a maggie sottero book and each one I said I liked they said they were supposed to be getting in. I then found out that the owner went and talked to a mutal aquaintance about me, and how I was asking her to order all these dresses just so I could try them on and she thought I was stupid. Great customer service skills right there. I've gone back twice since, the first time I was ignored yet again by the owners daughter who barely even looked up from her laptop when I walked in. And the second time was to basically find a casual way to bring up and rub in the fact that they lost a $3000 sale for just my dress alone, and a funny thing happened, I was ignored yet again! I'm so glad I found the perfect dress, and didnt have to deal with these lazy arrogant people. I would never wish any body to go through them, there are two great bridal shops right in concord with isnt far away from claremont at all and of course there is always davids bridal in nashua, both exponentially better options than this excuse for a bridal shop.
