This (Westwood) location has a EMPTY parking lot. Lots of spaces and nobody in a single one of them, but the staff that works there. I parked there and bought a drink. I had an appointment with a nutritionist across the street to find out what items to buy at their store. They refused to let me park in their lot and made me park at a meter while their lot remained empty. I had no quarters so asked if they could add 1$ to my credit card. They said no. I got a $50 parking ticket for their poor costumer service and they lost my service FOREVER. This group of employees has no concept of how to retain customers. Pros: location Cons: The petty small mindedness of its manager and employees
