Review content:
Dear Dave,\r I just wanted to inform you that I recently took delivery of a new VW Touareg Tdi Lux from Chris Farnham and VW of Langhorne.\r Over the course of the past 10 years I have purchased a total of 8 vehicles: BMW 323i, Mazda Miata, BMW 335xi, BMW X5, Audi A5, Honda Accord EX-L, VW Touareg 2 (and of course this TDi VW Touareg). All have been new and were purchased through their respective ""brand"" dealers. During the process of making all of these purchases, I have come across multiple sales representatives, brand specialists, sales managers, general managers, etc....\r Chris is, by far, the most professional, caring and genuine sales person I have encountered in my car purchasing days.\r A brand is a function of the people representing it and his patience and knowledge solidified another VW sale in a very competitive space (the 50k SUV market).\r I became aware of Chris through his solid reputation in the online VW community. Based on posts accumulated over the past 7 years, it appears he has consistently exceeded the expectations of each and every customer.\r You have a great asset on your hands in Chris.
