I was very nervous about hiring a trainer - but I needed to fight the effects of aging and a less than stellar diet. I was worried a trainer might make fun of how out of shape I was - but Don Jole was a real cheerleader. He pushed me beyond where I thought I could go - but was always careful for my safety. He created a customized workout plan that helped me lose weight and gain definition n my arms, legs - and best of all - butt. Don will make you work - but the results will be very obvious. Thanks Don!
