We at D.Geller and Son have always tried to provide the highest level of customer \r
service. We are a 70 year old business that is family owned and operated and we do not \r
condone or tolerate such actions from our staff. In my initial, but thorough \r
investigation I can find no member of management or staff that has been advised or has \r
any knowledge of this incident. We take this very seriously and will continue to look at \r
all aspects of this situation to make sure this is a customer and not the work of a \r
