I stopped by Earls on a thursday night to meet my buddy for a drink. The restaurant was packed when we arrived at 5:30. We sat in the bar after waiting a bit for a table to open up. The bar was full with great people and a fun atmosphere. It seemed more like a downtown scene rather than a suburban one. I had a 7 oz serlion with mashed potatoes and a house salad. I thought the food was fantastic and even though the place was very busy we got our food quickly. While chatting with our waitress who told us that Earls is packed like that almost every day because they have so many ""regulars."" After our meal I tested some of the bartenders favorite shots which were being well recieved throughout the bar. Earls was really cool, there aren't many places where steaks and shots are so well mixed.
