This is the worst experience I've ever had at a car wash. I wanted a simple interior and exterior wash, but the salesman basically refused to provide me with that service. He kept pushing some ""detailed"" wash on me, first for $250, and then at a special discount of $200 - just for me. I asked him again how much it would be to JUST get the inside and the outside washed, and I got back a lengthy and incoherent sentence that ended in $150. \r

As this is the first time I'd taken my car for an interior wash, I had no idea how much it was supposed to cost. I was made to prepay the $200, and when I returned for my car an hour and a half later, the inside of the doors were not even clean, and my car smelled wet and unpleasant, rather than of ""pina colada"" as they had said it would. I then asked the service adviser for an itemized list of what had been done to my car and how much each service cost, and he said that he did not have such a list and could not provide one. \r

I actually called them yesterday just to see how much they ""normally"" charge for their car washes, which they answered with great reluctance, but I finally squeezed it out of them that an interior and exterior car wash (what I had asked for!) is $60.\r

Even though Wilshire West Car Wash would never be able to con me again now that I now the prices, I will never go back there because I think their business practices are unethical and disgraceful.
