Review content:
After watching rates for several years and speaking to many brokers, I recently chose this company to refinance my house through. I chose PeachState because 1) several years ago one of their reps took the time to provide fairly extensive advice even though I stated up front that I was not looking to do anything at that time - and they never pushed to change my mind. 2) when I was ready (this month) they offered the best 30 year fixed rate I could find on the internet, with vey competitive fees.\r \r I was treated extremely well throughout this process. Gordon Talius was friendly and unintimidating but very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to answer my questions (sometimes repetitive questions) and was only pushy when it was in my best interest, financially, to be so. Documentation was provided well in advance for my review. Gordon even took the time to negotiate a rate on my homeowners insurance that, from my initial review, appears to provide significant savings and better coverage. \r \r Most of my past experience with major purchases or renovations has not been so great. I have found it is rare to pick through a service in retrospect and not find some indication that the ?wool was pulled?, quite artfully, over my eyes . This realization typically comes when reading the fine print made available after-the-fact. But?this was NOT the case this time. To me, ideal service is service that is attentive, prompt, trustworthy and fully geared toward my best interest. I read through all of my docs from closing and could not find anything significant that was not explained up front at some point by Gordon. Through this refinance process I felt PeachState delivered my ideal of professional service, solidly. This company receives my highest recommendations. They were well earned.\r Pros: Attentive, professional service. Low fees. Excellent experience. Cons: Can't find any - though I have looked
