Review content:
I was pleasantly greeted as soon as I walked into Cham last night. The staff was super attentive with helping me pick out my order and was more than welcomed to share with me their favorite items on the menu. The decor is clean, modern, and organized.\r

I ordered the California bimbimbop with spicy tuna and brown rice. This bimbimbop is mostly on a bed of lettuce with just a scoop of brown rice on the side. This is a fresh and healthy take on the traditional bimbimbop ... it has plenty of fresh, raw veggies and the spicy tuna complements very well with the rest of the dish. There is no egg and you can obviously choose to get it with no red meat or no meat at all (tofu option). \r

I don't know if this will be what I crave when I want bimbimbop, but it will be what I want when I'm looking for something light and healthy.
