Today, I went for my 2nd visit to Salon Ursino and for the 2nd time left extremely happy! I schedule my appointments with Jason. He is phenomenal. The first time I went in, I asked him what he thought would look good on me and told him the styles and things I absolutely hated and couldn't live with. He got busy doing his magic and voila! I left feeling like a million bucks! I got a great modern, contemporary, ""hot"" cut that earned rave reviews and multiple comments from friends. I wouldn't have known to ask for this style, but it works great for me, and I love it! This time when I went back, I told him I wanted exactly the same thing he had done before and guess what? He came through. Today, he was going to leave the front bangs a little longer than I like, so I simply asked him if he could just shorten them for me a little more, and he did so with no problem, no attitude, no hassle, etc. Instead of acting insulted, he was happy to make that small adjustment for me. Also nice is that he doesn't push a lot of product when I go in. He's knowledgeable and can offer good advice if you're interested in something or need a product but you don't feel pressured to leave with bottles of stuff you don't need or want. I really love my hair when I leave there, and I will definitely be going back. I will say that it is more expensive than I am used to spending \r
(about $50-60 for cut, dry, & style) but well worth it because of the results! Now I just have to hope that not too many of you start flocking there and making it harder for me to get appointments. :)
Pros: Jason is an awesome stylist!
Cons: Street Metered Parking, More Pricey than I'm used to
