Do not judge Imperial by it's interior design. Sure, there are engine parts on shelves in the lobby area, sure the couches in the waiting area look like they might have been rescued from somewhere. But these guys absolutely know their stuff. And better than that, they are the most HONEST car mechanics I have ever dealt with. Adam and John are both very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain what is going on with your car, and tell you honestly whether a repair is something you need to invest in right away. If Adam tells you it needs to be done now, it needs to be done. Also, Adam has experience working on Toyota hybrids for a toyota dealer, and I take my Prius there with confidence. Great guys, the kind you like to stand around and chat with. With Imperial, I feel like I have a friend who works on my car from time to time.
