Bad bad bad service. If I could give these guys zero stars, I would.\r

They basically take your money, put a few traps out, and then they don't follow up. I could have done that and saved the money I wasted on Bon Pest Control. Seriously, the guy put the traps out and didn't call, didn't show up for weeks. Um, what's that ""dead"" smell?\r

As part of their ""service"" they're supposed to find the hole where the critters are getting in, and the rep walked around on the roof and said it was all sealed up. That night? Scratching sounds from the attic.\r

I went up on the roof the next day and found the hole myself. And I ain't no pest control expert. Sealed it up myself. No more scratching sounds from the attic.\r

We complained, and the receptionist gave us major attitude but said Bon would personally give us a call. Still waiting for that call. Save your money or just go to a reputable pest control company with a guarantee.
