Review content:
You show up for a tour and think to yourself that it looks nice and seems like the kind of place you were hoping for.\r
\r
Then you move in. The neighbors are noisy. Not just the ones next to you, but the ones in the apartments across the road from you like loud music early in the morning. The building right across from you has a person that likes to open their windows and listen to the tv and radio at sound levels you didn't think people could tolerate. You call the office for help, and they seem to think you are over exagerating.\r
\r
The pet rules say under 70 lbs. I think it was more of a suggestion than a rule. Grassy areas there are for dogs that are large and less than happy to see you.\r
\r
They want to get you moved in. I met one person in the office that was helpful. The rest of them? Good luck.\r
\r
...and yes...the train is loud. It takes a few weeks to adjust to it if you are a heavy sleeper. Not sure it would work for a light sleeper. I've seen pillows in the windows there.\r
\r
On the plus side, it was close to the Polaris area. It is also cheap for the square footage in that neighborhood.\r
\r
Buyer beware! If the price seems to good to be true, maybe it is.
Pros: location and price
Cons: customer care and rule enforcement
