I'm not an guru yogini here but this place has much to improve on. I found routines very inconsistant and slow for a lack of a better word, and not worth the time, $$$, or effort of making it out here. I don't recommend this spot and seriously question who these die hard fans are that rave about this place on the reviews. You walk in, throw down your mat, and leave. Apathy is so rampant here, not very inviting at all. \r
