Businiess name:  Alexa's Cafe

Review content:
My wife and I are breakfast fare afficionados, and have sampled offerings for breaking the fast worldwide over 37 years. Second only to the Oak Table, Sequim, WA for food quality and quantity is Maltby Cafe, Maltby, WA, followed in close third by Alexa's on Main, Bothell. Meats, eggs, spuds, and toast can often be good in any of thousands of purveyors; however, pancakes are a different story. Pancakes of robust flavor while still light in texture and bulk, not chewy, melt in your mouth sorts of cakes, require well above average skills and ingredients, and few are the breakfast joints up to the challenge. Alexa's, Oak Table, and The Original Pancake House (several Pacific Northwest sites) sit atop that heap. How did we in this little corner of the world get so blessed? Pros: Food, service, value. Cons: Parking
