Bought a ""Certified Preowned"" 2008 Passat wagon from these guys and got hustled bigtime.
The CarFax that came with the vehicle says the car has never been in an accident and yet the are after-market parts holding the radiator. We only discovered this after taking the car to another dealer for $2100 in emergency repairs. Th were parts that re severely damaged, there were parts missing altogether. When I contacted the Service Manager, Rod Miller with my story he completely ignored me. I have not heard a word from him or anyone else at he dealership. If you want to buy a Volkswagen, and you should they are great cars, don't buy it from they hucksters. They lie!
