Took my dog in and an old, 70ish female vet said the only way to treat the ailment was surgery for $600. The vet drew labsfor $79. The next day I took the dog to another clinic. They said the ear could be treated with a drain, cost $225. They didn't even suggest surgery. They also took my dogs temperature and found she had a fever. \r
They (Manzano Animal clinic) did the procedure, held my dog several hours till my husband could pick her up, at no additional cost and sent her home with medications. \r
As another reviewer said, the receptionist is rude and haughty. The second vet also couldn't get the lab results form Ponderosa although they asked for them twice. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. PS this website wouldn't take my review until I changed the rating to average.
Pros: They draw labs but you'll have a hard time getting the results.
