I feel moved to comment because I was sitting at the table next to the party of four with such serious complaints. Their experience was completely contrary to my own. For one thing, there's free valet parking, so I'm not sure why anyone would feel the need to complain about the parking lot out back.\r

I did see everyone, including the owner apologize for the slowness in service. He explained to me that because they had a very large party (there was some kind of christmas party in the back) everyone would order at the same time, so the kitchen had to accomodate 40 orders at once, on top of whatever anyone else ordered. Which is not ideal, but understandable. Two of the people in that four-person party seemed fine, but the other two could not have been more belligerent. I could hear them from my table. I also wonder why they got two orders of hummus if they hated it so much. They showed absolutely no class whatsoever.. maybe they were embarassed by the restaurant, but I was embarassed by them.
