Although we've been a Pacific Sales client for a number of years we recently purchased a number of plumbing fixtures from another retailer. This week we had a problem with a kitchen faucet that we purchased just nine months ago. The retailer where we bought it failed to help us so we went to Pacific Sales to purchase a new faucet. When we told Arsen about the problem he quickly told us not to buy a new faucet, told us the part that needed to be replaced to fix the problem, printed out the part number, wrote down the manufacturer's contact number and instructions on how to install it ourselves. And, all the while he could not have been more pleasant and friendly. You don't find service like that very often. What a great representative. Pacific Sales, you've got a customer for life!!
