I don't know where you people are getting your information, but I can assure you this store is the friendliest and most helpful of all the bead stores in this area.\r

The quality of their merchandise is the best and I have found the staff to be most helpful. If you want high quality cyrstals and helpful service I suggest you stop by and take a tour of the store. Yes, the Swarovski crystals are behind a counter, but the staff is always on the spot to help you with your selection.\r

As for the classes, you are there to learn and the teachers know more than you do or you wouldn't be taking the class.\r
