I love this store! 2/27/2011

I am new to jewelry making and have been to many bead stores-- but this is the very best. The selection is amazing--I have never been dissappointed in quality or in choices. I was really fond of a particular silver spacer that they were out of and mentioned it to the gals--next visit they had plenty of them on hand. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, but they also do not ""hover"". I have visited other places--but I always come back to Bella Bead. Try it--you won't be dissappointed! more

Great place to buy rhinestones! They have a huge selection of quality Swarovski crystal rhinestones that are reasonably priced. Plus the boutique has great customer service and fun instructional classes. Rhinestoneing shirts, flip-flops, or anything makes a great holiday gift! I highly recommend Bella Bead! GO NOW! more

Addicting Fun, Amazing Selection with Great Customer Service 11/17/2010

WOW! Took my first beading class last night & I am already looking at their online schedule for my second. The teachers were a mother & daughter team; helpful, funny, & took the time to explain step by step; even gave us a hand out with a glossary of terms. The store is beautiful, well organized and stocked with beads I have never even seen before. I also do a lot of rhinestone work for my niece & they have great prices & an amazing color selection. \r \r With the holidays coming up, they have a great selection of Christamas, etc. beads. I think everyone is getting something homemade by ME for this Christmas! Thank you ""Bella"" Ladies at Bella Bead - see you soon! more

Best Customer Service 9/4/2010

I don't know where you people are getting your information, but I can assure you this store is the friendliest and most helpful of all the bead stores in this area.\r \r The quality of their merchandise is the best and I have found the staff to be most helpful. If you want high quality cyrstals and helpful service I suggest you stop by and take a tour of the store. Yes, the Swarovski crystals are behind a counter, but the staff is always on the spot to help you with your selection.\r \r As for the classes, you are there to learn and the teachers know more than you do or you wouldn't be taking the class.\r \r To the staff and owners I thank you for your continued help whenever I have a question.....Thanks more

Bad costumer service 1/25/2010

This is a mom & daughter business and the mother is very rude and unfriendly. You walk in and she follows you around the store as if you're going to rob something. The crystals are behind a counter and you need to ask for assistance to see them. When you question on a piece there they won't give you an idea how its made instead they want to charge you for a class. I will never go there again. Bead Artistry is very friendly and helpful. I do all of my shopping there now. more

Worst ever! 7/19/2009

Unfriendly staff, high prices, inferior quality merchandise. I wouldn't even go to their going-out-of-business sale, which they will probably have soon if they don't work on their stock and customer service! more
