Review content:
I had numerous treatments all over my body at Excy. But after 6 treatments for each part, I still had a lot of hair. I happened to meet someone who owns a spa that has laser hair removal service. Having talked to her, it became obvious that girls at Excy had no idea what they were doing/saying. There are 3 numbers you need to control on the machine. It is all about the combination of those 3 numbers. But, apparently they don't know how to set the right combination for each type of hair. That is why it does not work. Allegedly they do not attend the course, which everyone who operates the machine needs to attend to learn about hair removal treatment, even though their employees come and go incredibly often. I have been going to another spa lately and I am so much happier. Result is better by far, staff's knowledge is totally superior. I know Excy is cheap. But you would end up having to spend more money anyway after a package of 6 sessions.
