Review content:
We had already had several visits with this vet - our puppy had several issues and was known to this group. Called with an emergency - our puppy was bleeding in multiple areas, scratching everywhere, and had a new bad odor in spite of bathing. Put on hold several times, was then told to come by later and pick up a collar and then they'd let us know what, if anything, the vet would like to do. This group totally blew it. May have just been the secretary, but in either case, be careful trusting them. They may be fine for standard shots, etc. but if you have anything out of the ordinary you may just be out of luck. We're not taking any more chances with Hempfield Animal Hospital.
